How to Safely Grant Us Access
Thank you for trusting us to review your digital marketing presence! We are excited to dig into your accounts and provide you with actionable insights.
To perform a thorough and accurate audit of your website, campaigns, and data, we need Read-Only access to a few key platforms. This process is 100% secure, requires no passwords, and you can revoke our access anytime.
1. Google Account Access
For a complete picture of your traffic and campaign performance, please grant us access to the following using the dedicated Analyst Email Address (sysadmin@uptur.dk) we will provide you.
Google Analytics (GA4) |
|

Google Ads (PPC Data) |
Option A:
Option B: Send us your 10-digit Google Ads Customer ID (found in the top-right when logged in). We will send a Manager Link Request that you simply need to approve in Tools & Settings > Access & Security > Managers tab. |

2. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Access
We use the Meta Business Manager (BM) to review your paid social advertising setup and performance. We only require access to review the data—we will not make any changes.
- Required Access Level: Analyst or Read-Only access to the Ad Account and Page.
Option A: Give us direct access
- Log into your Meta Business Settings
- Go to Settings
- Go to Users, then People
- Click '+ Invite people'

Option B: Send Us Your Business Manager ID
- Log into your Meta Business Settings
- Your Business Manager ID (15-16 digits) is located at the top of the screen (or in the Business Info section).
- Send this ID to us.
- Our Action: We will send a Partner Request to your Business Manager ID.
- Your Approval:
- Go back to Business Settings > Requests > Received.
- Find our agency's request and click Approve.
You will be prompted to Assign Assets. Please assign your Ad Account and Facebook Page and select the Analyst or View Performance permission level for each.

3. Website/CMS Access (Tracking Audit)
For a technical audit, we need to check if your tracking (like the Google Tag) is installed correctly.
